Baku's private house prices rise 13.2% in October

Prices for private houses in Baku rose by an average of 13.2% in October, the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers told Report.

Sabail district recorded the largest increase at 22.8%, followed by Nizami at 16.8%, Narimanov at 15.9%, Khazar at 15.6%, Nasimi at 14.1% and Sabunchu at 13.2%.

Prices increased by 12% in Binagadi, 10.9% in Surakhani, 10.1% in Yasamal and 9.4% in Khatai. Pirallahi and Garadagh recorded increases of 7.8% and 6.5%, respectively.
