Washington and Paris have ‘buried’ the OSCE Minsk Group as an international platform, the Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, Report informs.
According to her, the destructive line of the West also affected the work of the Geneva discussions on security and stability in the South Caucasus.
