"Sweden and Finland must fulfil their obligations," Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said in an interview with TV 100, Report says.
He said that one of the obligations is not to support terrorists: "These countries have not returned the terrorists to Turkey yet. If the obligations are fulfilled, the documents on the membership of Sweden and Finland in the Alliance will be ratified. Otherwise, there will be no need to ratify the documents and Sweden and Finland's membership in NATO will be vetoed."
