“Either we will turn a blind eye to the continuation of the war, or we will reach permanent peace by the end of this year, there is no third option,” Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said.
According to Report, speaking during a joint briefing with his Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha in Kyiv, Fidan noted that Türkiye can use the potential of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia towards peace:
"I have already shared the details of my visit to Moscow, and today in the afternoon we will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the head of the President's Office Andrii Yermak, and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov," he added.
