The Russian Foreign Ministry has declared 10 employees of the Romanian Embassy in Moscow persona non grata, Report informs citing Russian media.
Romanian ambassador was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry, where he was delivered a note in this regard.
Russia rejects Romanian attempts to lay the blame on the Russian side for war crimes in Ukraine.
