The Russian Armed Forces will not be able to maintain control in the areas where they want to hold a referendum, said Ihor Zhovkva, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Report informs, citing UNIAN.
According to him, the other party constantly changes the date of the fake vote: "But I don't want to talk about it. Because we are sure that such a referendum will not be held, these territories will not be under Russian control."
According to Zhovkva, the Kremlin itself is not sure that the vote will be held. He believes that this is why Russia often changes the referendum date.
It was reported that Russia would hold a referendum by the end of September.
