The killing of innocent civilians of Ukraine is a war crime, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said at a press conference following a meeting with foreign ministers of Russia and Turkey Sergey Lavrov and Mevlut Cavusoglu in Antalya, Report informs.
“I hope that the humanitarian issue and compassion will prevail,” he said, noting that during the meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov only humanitarian issues were discussed at the insistence of the Russian side.
Kuleba also noted that Russia isn’t ready to establish a ceasefire and wants Ukraine to surrender, having fulfilled all the requirements of the Russian side: “Ukraine managed to break Russian plans.”
