Azerbaijan and Türkiye are driving forces in the diaspora of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yilmaz told Report's Turkish bureau following his speech at the 1st Muslim Diaspora Forum of OIC member states in Ankara.
Yilmaz praised Azerbaijan's diaspora activities and the delegation's participation in the event: "We know that Azerbaijan has a strong diaspora. Türkiye, as well as many other brotherly countries, also have active diasporas. Each of them is a significant force on its own. But when they come together, it is possible to achieve greater impact and stronger results. In this regard, I hope cooperation will lead to such solidarity and joint action."
