German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has discussed with US President Joe Biden and French President Emmanuel Macron Russia’s recognition of the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk "people's republics", official representative of the German Cabinet of Ministers Steffen Hebestreit told reporters, Report informs referring to TASS.
“All three negotiators were unanimous in their opinion that this unilateral step by Russia is a clear violation of the Minsk agreements. Germany, France and the US strongly condemn the decision of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This step won’t go unanswered, they said,” Hebestreit noted.
