NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte hopes that the issue of providing security guarantees to Ukraine will be clarified at the upcoming meeting in Paris, Report informs via Interfax.
"I hope that tomorrow or after that we will be able to get clarity on what we can do collectively," the Secretary General stated during a joint press conference with Estonian President Alar Karis in Brussels.

He also highlighted that holding bilateral meetings between Russia and Ukraine is extremely crucial.
