"We do not expect one meeting to lead to a decisive change," Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on a meeting between President Vladimir Putin and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron, Report informs.
"Macron is the president of the country that holds the presidency of the European Union. It is very important, but the situation is very complicated. However, Macron told Putin that he had some proposals to reduce tensions and was ready to share these views," Peskov added.
The leaders are expected to meet on February 7.
