"I condemn yet again Russia's brutal attacks against hospitals (including a maternity ward), civilian and energy infrastructures in Ukraine, and their repercussions in the Republic of Moldova," Secretary General of the Council of Europe Marija Pejcinovic Buric said, Report informs.
"This senseless and inhuman violence must stop," she said.
