Azerbaijani athletes win medals at Qosanov Memorial in Kazakhstan

Azerbaijani athletes Ilaha Guliyeva and Jabir Aliyev won medals at the 35th Qosanov Memorial athletics tournament held in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, Report informs.
According to the Azerbaijan Athletics Federation, Guliyeva claimed the silver medal in the women's 400 meters, finishing second with a time of 55.18 seconds.
Aliyev secured the bronze medal in the men's long jump with a leap of 7.38 meters, placing third in a field of 14 competitors.
The Qosanov Memorial is a Bronze-level event on the World Athletics Continental Tour and has brought together more than 200 athletes representing 12 countries.
