Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he, together with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, managed to talk at an informal CIS summit in St. Petersburg, according to Report's Russian bureau.
The Russian leader, who spoke at a meeting with Pashinyan, said that the main issue is the settlement of the situation in the South Caucasus as a whole and the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
"As agreed, we are discussing all these issues in detail," the Russian leader said.
