Strengthening relations with the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in all fields is one of the main priorities of Azerbaijan's foreign policy, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said speaking at the 9th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States held in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, on November 11, according to Report.
