Vice President of Turkiye Fuat Oktay says happy to be in Shusha

Vice President of Turkiye Fuat Oktay said he is happy to be visiting Shusha.
According to Report, speaking at the joint briefing with Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov, Fuat Oktay said that Karabakh was liberated after 30 years owing to the determination of President Ilham Aliyev.
"On this occasion, I commemorate our martyrs. The whole world could see the potential of the products of defense industry which we shared with Azerbaijan."
Oktay said it is no accident that Shusha is called the 'heart of Karabakh.'
