The consular service of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Ukraine is holding a mobile consular reception in the city of Vinnytsia, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Ukraine Seymur Mardaliyev said in a post on X, according to Report.
The reception is organized for Azerbaijani citizens who permanently or temporarily reside in Vinnytsia region of Ukraine and neighboring areas.
