"We should measure Armenians' actions not by words but by steps. Because what they say contradicts their actions or plans," the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, said in a meeting with the delegation led by Dirk Schuebel, the special envoy of the European Union for the Eastern Partnership, Report informs.
