Baku is impressive both in terms of its level of economic transformation and its dynamic urban development, and this experience could be useful for other countries, Congolese Minister of State for Urban Development and Housing Alexis Muvunyi told Report.
According to Muvunyi, his first impressions of the Azerbaijani capital were extremely positive.
"We are truly impressed by both the economic transformation and the urban development of Baku. And I think we can learn a lot from you. Such rapid transformation can also be a source of inspiration for us," he told the agency on the sidelines of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
