the manager of the FC Progrès Niederkorn, Thomas Gilgemann, made a statement. Gilgemann said decision was taken for security reasons and due to the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict: Karapetyan’s visit to Azerbaijan canceled. Although he is in shape, he does not want to go to Gabala FC because of the Azerbaijani-Armenian conflict. On the other hand, as a club, we have to protect our players.
