Israel is interested in boosting investments in Azerbaijan, particularly in defense, energy, water resources, technology, and cybersecurity, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa"ar said during the Azerbaijan-Israel Business Forum in Baku, according to Report.
"I discussed all these issues in detail during my meeting with the Minister [of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov]," Sa"ar said.
The Israeli diplomat emphasized that both countries are pillars of stability in their respective regions and have developed economies.
"We aim to take this strategic partnership to a new level-expand mutual investments and deepen people-to-people contacts. I am confident that we will succeed," Sa"ar added.
