Baku. 1 February. REPORT.AZ/ By the outcomes of 2018, Azerbaijan’s currency market has been fully balanced, Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) Elman Rustamov said at the press conference.
"Currency reserves rose by 5% last year. These funds were from the currency market. We have witnessed full sustainability in the market. This is the main reason of the stable manat exchange rate. The CBA increased its currency reserves by $300 million. Of this, $115 million was obtained from management of the currency reserves.
