SOCAR and Gazprom Export signed a one-month agreement on transit of Russian gas to Georgia, SOCAR's Deputy Head of Public Relations Ibrahim Ahmadov told Report.
“According to the agreement, 150 million cubic meters of Russian gas will be transported to Georgia through Azerbaijan,” he said.
Remind that on March 16, SOCAR and Gazprom Export signed a short-term agreement on the delivery of Russian gas to Armenia through Azerbaijan because of maintenance work in the pipeline. After completion of the maintenance work, the gas transportation to Georgia will be carried out through Georgia.
