"Azerbaijan is a solution for Europe's energy issues," former Prime Minister of Romania, Petre Roman, told Report.
According to him, Azerbaijan can boost the production and supply of energy resources by cooperating with the European Union.
He expressed admiration for Azerbaijan's ability to reasonably use oil and gas revenues for the country's development: "This concept has been used ideally in Azerbaijan. President Ilham Aliyev continues this concept.
Roman added that Azerbaijan currently needs investments to produce large amounts of oil and gas.
