"This year, traditional work will also begin, that is, infrastructure projects, as well as the construction of residential buildings intended for internally displaced persons," President Ilham Aliyev said this on February 2 at the Youth Forum, answering questions from young people, Report informs.
The president noted that five hydroelectric power plants will be built on the liberated lands this year. Noting that the construction of Agali village is already being completed, the president said that it is of great symbolic meaning.
“Because former IDPs will return to their native land this year, and the village of Agali is the embodiment of what we want.”
