Azerbaijan's cost on imports of fruit and vegetables from Türkiye up by 25%

In January-February 2024, Türkiye exported fruit and vegetable products worth $7.249 million to Azerbaijan, up 24.8% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Turkish Exporters Assembly.

In April alone, the exports of fruit and vegetables from Türkiye to Azerbaijan amounted to $1.499 million, 13.1% less than a year earlier.

In the reporting period, the exports of fruit and vegetables from Türkiye totaled $908.8 million, up 26.6% from the previous year. This figure was $201 million in April, up 19.5% by contrast to a year earlier.
